Great service all around. On time and professional. The guys behind the desk and in the yard are equally helpful.

Called looking for a specific lawn implement to buy. It wasn’t offered, as all places had told me. What all other places didn’t do is what Jack, the GM, did. He listened to me and asked me questions. Turns out, he had a MUCH better implement for the job, which I rented. It took me at least half of time to complete the job with Aaron’s advice. Thank you Jack !

Jack, Dave & Jim were EXCEPTIONAL! Very knowledgeable and friendly. Made purchasing on a weekend super easy, and were beyond courteous. Absolutely recommend them and their machines!

Worked specifically with Dave Spakviz. He is very quick to respond and willing to help resolve any issues quickly and effectively. There was a bit of confusion with getting the equipment picked up, but again, John was quick to resolve all pickup and payment issues in a timely manner. I would recommend working specifically with him at this location for a good rental experience.

David came into my office today and wow... I got to say... this guy was amazing! We had a 30 minute chat about what he does and how he helps people, and I am impressed. We are looking to buy some products for some future jobs and he answered all our questions and referred us to John and his team. Looking forward to working with them!

David and Jim at the local heavy eq shop have been very helpful and make the experience easy for us. when we needed to make start up a purchasing they worked with us to find the best equipment available. When we needed to make changes it was quick and easy

Excellent service! On-time, usually there the day before the delivery is scheduled. The equipment works properly, very few issues. The equipment is more expensive but proving to be worth it.

It seems that a lot of heavy equipment companies have gone national and the customer service left with them but not here. these guys greet you friendly when you walk in the door and the guys out in the yard are helpful and accommodating.

It was a little disorganized when it came to handling what I was there for but I can't really blame it on them other than the fact that they delivered my equipment and told me somebody else picked it up..... but not not any different from any other large equipment corporation they only wasted my morning....

Recently purchased a s650 from Jim It could not have gone smoother. He told me everything about the machine and it was delivered on time and in cool condition I would not hesitate to buy from them again Deal with Jack and Dave
